Hi Everyone,
I hope that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! How many of you were pretty tired afterward?
My fatigue actually hit me ON Thanksgiving which is not overly convenient. I slept the whole way to my mother-in-law's house where we were to have dinner, fell asleep as soon as I got there and then slept the whole way home. Yikes! Luckily, my family is very understanding.
I had a super busy day the day before Thanksgiving so that along with being a bit nervous about our big gathering must have put me over the edge. However, the day after Thanksgiving, I was right as rain :)
On another note, I want to give you an update on my experiment with celery juicing that I mentioned 2 weeks ago.
Unfortunately, it did nothing to help with my PMR. It did give me a bit of an upset stomach though. Oh well, I'm sure it did not hurt and all those vitamins from the juice might have helped in some way.
I seem to have a little bit of this and that to tell you about today. Sorry if I am a little disjointed.
In case you are wondering, the main reason for my post today is to share a great recipe that we all should be able to eat!
It has been a while since I have posted a recipe. But this one caught my eye and I had to share.
Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Peppers looked too yummy to pass up!
So here is the recipe for the Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Peppers :)
I hope that you try this yummy and satisfying recipe and enjoy it as much as I did!
Next week, if I have time, I want to fill you in on all that is happening with my PMR. Lots to tell you!
Have a wonderful week!
Donna
