How are you today?
I feel good but have been cheating a bit and taking some Tylenol extra-strength. It makes a BIG difference for me as otherwise, I always feel a bit stiff and achy. In turn, that makes me tired!
I am almost at 4.5 mg. I am doing the dead slow method of tapering, which seems to work at this lower dosage. I just looked at my notes and it said I started tapering at 5 mg in JULY! Ugh! 5 mg has been tough for me.
Here is the dead slow method for tapering in case you missed it. It took me a looooong time to get this far.

So I have digressed as I wanted to share my favorite sweet recipe with you that is soooo delicious and easy and not bad for you! Paleo pumpkin pie.
Paleo Pumpkin Pie can be with or without the crust.
I make it crustless as it only takes 5 minutes to whip up. If you make it crustless, I bake it for about 35 minutes vs. longer for the actual pie in the crust.
