Are You Missing Bread and Rolls for Sandwiches, Wraps, and Toast?
I know that I was. Having an egg without a piece of toast or missing out on a gooey grilled cheese sandwich was killing me as I followed the Paleo Diet to help decrease the inflammation associated with PMR.
