Here is a favorite PMR-friendly breakfast casserole.
I am always on the lookout for foods that I can eat for breakfast. I am not a great fan of eggs, so there is not much left to choose from that fits my diet to keep inflammation down.
This casserole fits the bill, and there are plenty of left-overs to last all week.
